Transportation Law Update: R&H is NJ CMV Law Firm of the Year; Sonia Di Valerio rejoins CMV Section

2016 CMV LAW FIRM OF THE YEAR IN NEW JERSEY

Global Law Experts, a leading online legal reference guide, has named Rawle & Henderson LLP the 2016 Commercial Motor Vehicle Law Firm of the Year in New Jersey. Our CMV Section is composed of more than twenty attorneys who focus their practice on commercial motor vehicle defense. The CMV Section is chaired by Timothy J. Abeel, who has defended transportation companies in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware for more than 30 years. Tim is a founding member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Our Marlton, New Jersey office specializes in CMV defense. Delia A. Clark is the resident partner and she has extensive experience defending trucking companies and their insurers. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of Delaware, the District of Columbia, and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Delia is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association and the New Jersey Motor Truck Association.

Global Law Experts began with over 120,000 recommendations from business directors, in-house legal counsel, independent law firms, bar associations and other individuals. Then a shortlist for each award category was created. The shortlisted candidates were then judged on client testimonials, key cases, legal rankings, and other factors.
