Nigel A. Greene, a partner in Rawle & Henderson’s Philadelphia office, is set to be on the faculty for a Pennsylvania Bar Institute seminar on “Truck Accident Litigation” on February 22.
The seminar is set to be held at the CLE Conference Center in the Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia.
Greene is set to sit on and moderate a panel of experienced litigators who will discuss commercial vehicle federal regulations, available truck technology, handling document requests, state police investigations, deposing truck company representatives and liability of lessors, brokers, shippers and others.
The course will include practice pointers on specific case types and a panel discussion on topics of particular interest to trucking and truck litigation.
Greene focuses his practice on the defense of commercial motor vehicle companies and their insurers, municipalities, commercial general liability and premises liability matters.
In addition, he serves as an arbitrator in Philadelphia County. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
He currently serves as vice chair of the American Bar Association tort trial and insurance practice section commercial transportation litigation general committee. This is Greene’s third one-year term in this position.
