Scott Griffith gave a presentation on “The Changing Landscape of Traditional Statutes of Limitation and The Impact on Claims Investigation” at the 28th Annual National Forum for Environmental & Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI)  (September 21 –  23, 2022) in Chicago, IL.

Mr. Griffith discussed:

(a) Statutes of Limitation in Tort Actions;
(b) How the Statute of Limitations Landscape has Changes
(c) the Impact of Change on Claims Handling and Litigation.

Each year FETTI convenes in the Chicago area to host a world-class seminar on a broad range of environmental issues with nationally recognized speakers.
