Cottrell will present a seminar on “Resolving Catastrophic Claims as Cost-Effectively as Possible” at the International Risk Management Institute’s (IRMI) annual Transportation Risk Conference (TRC) in Dallas, TX on June 4, 2025.

The presentation is designed to help transportation insurance professionals resolve cases during pre-suit investigations, mediations and if necessary, during litigation. Mr. Cottrell and Mr. Luis will discuss proactive early responses to catastrophic trucking accidents, and methods to resolve cases and claims in a cost-effective manner.
