Philadelphia, PA (March 20, 2024) – Rawle & Henderson partner Jennifer Seme will participate in an American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Litigation panel discussion about “How to Try a Class Action,”  which will take place on March 28 at 2:00 p.m. EDT.

The four panel members will discuss the dos and don’ts of preparing for and trying class actions. Together with her fellow panelists, Ms. Seme will demystify class action jury trials by providing attendees with best practices to formulate strategies and themes, retain and coordinate with experts to support your narrative, determine the sequence of witnesses to develop the trial themes, and the preparation of opening and closing statements as well as jury instructions to advance those themes.

Jennifer Seme is a seasoned litigator, whose practice includes individual and class actions involving toxic torts and products liability claims. She has been involved with the ABA since law school and is currently co-chair of the Trial Evidence & Practice Committee of the ABA’s Section of Litigation.

CLE credit hours will be available subject to each state’s approval.
