New York, NY (March 20, 2024) – Rawle & Henderson is pleased to welcome Jonathan Van Dusen as an Associate to the firm. He will defend clients in cases involving medical and dental malpractice, architectural and engineering malpractice, as well as commercial motor vehicle accidents.

Mr. Van Dusen has been Rawle & Henderson’s law clerk in the firm’s New York City office since May of 2022. He is a 2023 graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where the faculty awarded him the Richardson Scholarship for his second and third years of studies. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Van Dusen earned a Certificate in Intellectual Property, Media, and Information Law.

While attending Brooklyn Law School Mr. Van Dusen was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. He competed individually and with the school’s teams in state, national and international mediation tournaments, winning many competitions. Mr. Van Dusen also successfully coached Brooklyn Law School teams, winning several First Place awards.
