Wilmington, DE (September 30, 2025) – Bart Shanahan has joined Rawle & Henderson in the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office.
Mr. Shanahan represents businesses as well as individuals in complex multiparty toxic tort litigation and has litigated complex issues related to choice of law, HIPAA, Social Security, and military protocols.
Mr. Shanahan created and produced Asbestos Professional Education seminars, which featured the latest legal trends in Delaware asbestos litigation.
