Philadelphia PA (August 2, 2023) – Rawle & Henderson LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of two attorneys in their Pennsylvania offices to partner.
Jennifer F. Schwartz joined the firm as an associate in 2015, and was promoted to of Counsel in 2022. She is a litigator, focusing her practice on workers’ compensation. Her clients are primarily in the aviation, healthcare, manufacturing, shipping and transportation, retailers and insurance carriers.
Ms. Schwartz is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Federal District of New Jersey. She is a graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.
Christian M. Stein joined Rawle as of Counsel in 2009. His practice involves all facets of workers’ compensation law litigation, as well as counseling clients on issues pertaining to compliance with federal, state and local laws. He is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, and can appear at the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Stein has clients throughout the state of Pennsylvania, and conducts his practice from the firm’s Pittsburgh office. He is a graduate of the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Law.
