Mr. Moretti joined the firm as an Associate in 2022, and was promoted to Of Counsel in August 2023. He is a litigator, focusing his practice on medical and dental professional liability. His clients are primarily hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, dentists and other healthcare providers.  Mr. Moretti is knowledgeable in all aspects of pre-trial, trial, and appellate practice, as well as alternative dispute resolution and mediation work. He serves his clients from the firm’s New York City office.
