Jennifer L. Seme joins the Philadelphia office of Rawle & Henderson.
Jennifer L. Seme has joined the firm as an Of Counsel in the Philadelphia office. She concentrates her law practice in the areas of products liability, construction liability, commercial motor vehicle and casualty groups. Ms. Seme earned her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2004. Ms. Seme earned her B.A. degree from The Ohio State University in 1998.
Ms. Seme is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New Jersey and before the U.S District Courts for New Jersey, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Northern District of Ohio. Prior to joining Rawle & Henderson LLP, she served as a law clerk in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. Most recently, she worked for a mid-Atlantic products liability firm where she counseled clients, construction companies, manufacturers and retailers in product liability and warranty claim actions.
She has been recognized by The Legal Intelligencer as a “Lawyer on the Fast Track” and by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star in Products Defense.” Ms. Seme spoke at the American Bar Association’s Litigation Joint Product Liability and Environmental Law Conference where she presented on the topic of “Mass Torts and Products Update: Big Cases and Big Developments” and “Deposition Toolkit.” Recently, Ms. Seme spoke at the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation’s Annual Conference, where she presented “What to Do When it All Goes Wrong: Strategies for Dealing with the Unexpected During a Hearing or Trial”.
