Rawle & Henderson LLP Partner, Floyd Cottrell, Reappointed for Seventh Year as Faculty at CLM Claims College

Mr. Cottrell, a Partner in Rawle & Henderson’s Hackensack, NJ office, is being reappointed his seventh straight  year as a faculty at the Claims & Litigated Management Alliance Claims College. As an instructor there, he presents on the Level II course on “Negligent Hiring, Retention and Supervision” and the Level III course “Preservation of Evidence and Spoliation.”

I have been involved for over 20 years in the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inns of Court (Essex County, New Jersey) whose mission is training young lawyers in civil litigation and trial skills, serving as President and remain involved as a Master. Floyd G. Cottrell is a certified civil trial lawyer as recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court and the National Bureau of Trial Advocacy.  He is a past President of the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court (Essex County, N.J.).  He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Retail & Restaurant Defense Association (“NRRDA”). Mr. Cottrell is barred in New York and New Jersey and admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the Second and Third Circuits of the United States Court of Appeal, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey
