Ms. Murphy is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts and is admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Eastern Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. She received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University and her juris doctorate from Widener University School of Law. After graduating from law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Francis X. O’Brien of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County.
Ms. Murphy is an active participate in the University of Pennsylvania Law School’s Quaker Classic Mock Trial tournament and also serves as an arbitrator in the Philadelphia court system. She is a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of St. Edmond’s Home, which serves children diagnosed with severe and profound disabilities, and a Gala Committee Member of TakeABreather Foundation, a foundation that supports and grant wishes to those with Cystic Fibrosis.
