Philadelphia PA (November 2, 2023) – Rawle & Henderson attorneys Jennifer Seme and Eric Falk will be in Austin, TX on November 15-17 to learn about the biggest challenges and opportunities for practitioners in asbestos litigation at the Defense Research Institute (DRI) Asbestos Medicine Seminar.

Eric K. Falk has concentrated his practice in the area of toxic tort litigation, defending both Fortune 500 companies and regional businesses against allegations of various diseases due to exposures to asbestos and other chemicals and solvents. He is a past chair of DRI’s Industrywide Litigation Committee, and a past newsletter editor for the DRI Toxic Tort Committee. Mr. Falk has been a speaker/presenter at many DRI and ABA asbestos and toxic tort seminars. He is a Partner, and resides in Rawle & Henderson’s Pittsburgh PA office.

Jennifer L. Seme is of Counsel to Rawle & Henderson, residing in the Philadelphia PA office. She is a member of the firm’s products liability, construction liability, and casualty practice groups. Ms. Seme has served in various leadership roles with the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of Litigation and currently is Co-Chair of the Trial Practice & Evidence Committee. She also serves as a leader within the ABA’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS).  She currently serves as Chair of the Toxic Tort & Environmental Law Committee for TIPS.
