Maureen E. Daley is the chair of Rawle & Henderson’s Premises Liability practice group and co-chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee. She has more than 25 years of trial experience, and devotes her practice to the defense of corporate entities with commercial motor vehicle matters, products and premises liability, and construction defects. Claudio J. DiPaolo has been the chair of Rawle & Henderson’s Workers’ Compensation practice group since 2008. John J. In that same year the WV Secretary of State nominated him to a four-year term as chairman of the Elections Commission, and was duly elected to the position by the Commission.
