The transaction occurred following years of negotiations and successful navigation of challenging financing arrangements.

The medical office building was almost fully occupied and its main tenant was and still is a high-end plastic surgery practice owned by a principal of the purchasing entity. Given the economic importance of the asset to the buyer, together with the medical office’s high occupancy rate, the transaction represented a crowning success in a volatile and economically stressed post-COVID real estate market.

Mr. Rosenbaum represents corporate entities large and small in a wide variety of complex commercial transactional matters involving real estate, construction, commercial mortgages/personal guarantees, health care, medical practices and medical staff disputes.
