Philadelphia Partner Zachary M. Rubinich Writes Lead Article for the ABA TIPS Summer 2023 Newsletter

Philadelphia PA (August 17, 2023) – Zachary M. Rubinich, a member of Rawle’s Workers’ Compensation practice group, wrote the lead article in the Summer 2023 Newsletter of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) of the American Bar Association on “Comorbidities in Workers’ Compensation.”

Zach is the 2023 TIPS Co-Chair, one of many leadership positions that he has held in the ABA over the years. He also serves as the Vice-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Committee, which is a position that he has held since 2015.

Zach defends and counsels businesses, insurers and third-party administrators in Workers’ Compensation matters in Pennsylvania. He also assists clients by identifying ways to control rising workers’ compensation costs without litigation.

Zach is certified as a Workers’ Compensation Law Specialist as authorized by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He earned his initial certification in 2013. There are less than 185 attorneys in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who have attained this Workers’ Compensation Law Specialist certification.
