With assistance from Rawle Associate Louis Gentilucci, Mr. Rosenbaum was able to successfully negotiate, draft and close the transaction with a carefully drafted Asset Purchase Agreement that successfully addressed challenges relating to the assumption of equipment leases, pre-payments for future services, licensing of trademarks and copyrighted materials and the purchase of associated real estate, medical supplies and office equipment.
