Partner Zachary Rubinich Presides over Committee Meeting at American Bar Association’s Section Conference in Washington DC

Philadelphia, PA (May 5, 2025) – Rawle & Henderson partner Zachary M. Rubinich will preside over the annual in-person meeting of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Litigation and Trial Practice (LTP) Committee on May 7th in Washington, DC. Mr. Rubinich is the 2024-2025 Chair of the LTP Committee, which is part of the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS).
The TIPS Section Conference is the premier CLE event for insurance, defense, corporate and plaintiffs’ attorneys, as well as members of the judiciary. The conference will take place May 7th – May 10th at the Capital Hilton hotel.
The LTP Committee meeting will provide many topics for its members’ to discuss, including marketing opportunities such as the LTP webinar series, proposed newsletter articles and podcasting. Legal education issues will also be presented, with updates on federal and state cases, and ideas for future lunch-and-learn seminars. In addition, the Committee members will begin strategic planning for the upcoming 2025-2026 bar year.
The annual in-person meeting is always a great time to see old friends and make new ones. To enhance networking opportunities, the LTP Committee will host a members-only dinner at the Old Ebbitt Grill. Founded in 1856, it is the District’s oldest restaurant and a much coveted reservation for all who have business in our nation’s capital.
