Partner William Spiegel Leads New York Trial Team to a Decisive Defense Verdict for Oral Surgeon Client

New York, NY (August 12, 2024) – Rawle & Henderson’s Dental Professional Liability practice group, led by partner William (Bill) Spiegel, obtained a decisive defense verdict for their oral surgeon client in Bronx County, New York.
After a 6-day trial, the jury deliberated for only 15 minutes to decide all counts in favor of Rawle’s client.
The plaintiff asked for $1 Million in damages…and got nothing.
