Philadelphia, PA (January 21, 2025) – Rawle & Henderson Partner Jennifer L. Seme will welcome fellow American Bar Association (ABA) members to the Joint Regional CLE program this week in Colorado.  Ms. Seme was instrumental in planning the conference, in her role as the co-chair of the Products Liability Committee of the ABA Section of Litigation.

The conference sessions will address the latest issues in litigation, including the ethics of using artificial intelligence, as well as emerging technology trends in product liability litigation. Thursday’s session on the use in product liability litigation of data collected by phones, watches and products that are the subject of personal injury claims is a particularly hot topic. “I look forward to this conference every year,” said Ms. Seme. “It affords me the opportunity to gather with friends and colleagues from across the country to discuss national trends in product liability, mass tort, and environmental litigation.”

Ms. Seme has a lengthy record of leadership in the ABA, especially in the Section of Litigation. She is a seasoned litigator, representing manufacturers and suppliers of consumer goods, industrial products, pharmaceuticals and medical devices in individual and class action matters of environmental, toxic torts and products liability claims, premises liability, and casualty.
