Philadelphia, PA — Iolanda D’Ambrosi-Francavilla, a Partner in the New York Office, was invited to speak at the Medical Professional Liability Association Conference in Philadelphia last week. Ms. D’Ambrosi-Francavilla was one of a select few industry leading professionals invited to present during the half day forum, Mitigating Risk, Maximizing Knowledge: The Industry’s Premier Dental Professional Liability Forum.

Along with co-presenter, Paul Micheal La Fayette of Freeman Mathis & Gary, Ms. D’Ambrosi-Francavilla presented Defending Cases with Bad Outcomes on May 13, 2026. During the session, Ms. D’Ambrosi-Francavilla presented two cases with examples of motions submitted in order to obtain favorable outcomes despite extensive injuries claimed.
