Hackensack, NJ (October 23, 2023) – On Thursday, November 2 Floyd Cottrell, a partner in Rawle’s Hackensack NJ office, will present tips and strategies for defending claims and possibly preempting, traumatic brain injury (TBI) allegations.

Mr. Cottrell is a member of the CLM Claims College School of Transportation faculty, and is a Certified Litigation Management Professional (“CLMP”). He is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association (“TIDA”) and currently Chair of the International Association of Defense Counsel (“IADC”) Transportation Committee, and a Vice-Chair of the IADC Trial Tactics and Techniques Committee.

Mr. Cottrell is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. He has an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubbell and “AV” Preeminent rating in the area of transportation law.
