Hackensack, NJ (July 31, 2025) – Rawle & Henderson partner Floyd G. Cottrell will share his many years of defense trial advocacy experience with the students at the 2025 International Association of Defense Counsel’s (IADC) Trial Academy, held on the Stanford University campus the week of August 2, 2025.
Attendees work in small groups with a 7:1 student-to-faculty ratio, and focus on defense techniques and tactics that simulate a real trial environment. Students will hone their direct and cross examination skills, under the guidance of the seasoned defense attorney-faculty with actual medical, financial and economic experts on the witness stand. All sessions are recorded, providing the students with an opportunity to access their strengths and weaknesses.
