HACKENSACK NJ (July 14, 2023) – Rawle & Henderson partner Floyd Cottrell will participate in the Claims Litigation Management (CLM) Claims College on August 16-19 in Baltimore, MD. He will teach “Negligent Hiring, Retention and Supervision” a Level II course, and “Preservation of Evidence and Spoliation” a Level III course.

This is Mr. Cottrell’s eighth year as an instructor with CLM. He is recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a certified civil trial lawyer. He represents clients and insurance carriers in retailer and restaurant matters, construction defect cases, and commercial motor vehicle/trucking cases.
