Hackensack, NJ (July 24, 2024) – This September Rawle & Henderson partner Floyd G. Cottrell will serve as a faculty member for the CLM Alliance (Claims and Litigation Management Alliance) Claims College School of Transportation. Claims College will be held September 4-7 in Austin, TX.

This is Floyd’s ninth year as an instructor with CLM, presenting on Negligent Hiring, Retention and Supervision, as well as Spoliation and Preservation of Evidence. The introductory level course on independent medical examinations will also feature a video of a “mock IME” produced by Floyd with orthopedist Dr. Edward M. Decter.
