PHILADELPHIA, PA — Rawle & Henderson LLP is pleased to announce that Charles A. Fitzpatrick, III, Of Counsel in the Firm’s Philadelphia office, was recognized at the Pennsylvania Bar Association Annual Meeting Awards Breakfast on May 8, 2026. Mr. Fitzpatrick was honored in recognition of his 50 years of continuous membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association; a milestone reflecting a half-century of exemplary service to the legal profession and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Fitzpatrick is a seasoned civil litigator with a practice focused on the defense of complex medical malpractice, nursing home liability, failure-to-warn pharmaceutical product liability, and catastrophic injury matters. Over the course of his career, he has tried more than 135 cases to verdict and has lectured extensively to attorneys and physicians on the laws of medical malpractice.

Mr. Fitzpatrick has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell for 2026. This marks his 41st consecutive year receiving the distinction, the highest peer review rating available, reflecting the confidential assessments of fellow members of the Bar and the Judiciary on both legal ability and professional conduct.
