Hackensack NJ (June 12, 2023) – Rawle & Henderson is pleased to welcome two seasoned defense litigators to its Hackensack office.
Adam G. Kominsky joins as Partner, defending all aspects of insurance coverage matters and commercial insurance liability for employers, construction companies, real estate brokers, commercial landlords and manufacturers. He is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and New York, and frequently presents cases in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law in Newark, N.J.
Mr. Kominsky is active in his community of Tenafly, New Jersey and is currently the chairman of the borough’s Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Richard T. Imossi joins Rawle as of Counsel, with extensive experience defending premises liability, property damage, commercial vehicle accidents, and construction defects and accidents. He is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and New York, and is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, N.Y.
