BIO
Zabeen S. Rahman is an Of Counsel in the firm’s Long Island, New York office. Ms. Rahman represents clients in federal, state and local courts, litigating cases representing medical, dental and chiropractic professionals, nursing homes, and other specialty providers. She also works on the defense of auto and premises liability cases as well as the defense of not-for-profit corporations. Additionally, Ms. Rahman handles the defense of professionals and paraprofessionals who are accused of sexual abuse.
Prior to joining Rawle & Henderson, Ms. Rahman was a defense litigator for several law firms in the New York City area. She also has experience representing Plaintiffs, having previously litigated on behalf of medical providers in No-Fault litigation, personal injury matters, and consumer rights and protection litigation.
