Vanessa R. Brown is Of Counsel to the firm, and a member of the Appellate practice group. She is a seasoned Appellate litigator, representing clients in a diverse range of commercial matters in federal and state courts. Ms. Brown’s has experience representing Fortune 50, 100 and 500 clients, as well as middle-market clients and governmental entities. She also has experience managing large-scale investigatory matters for both private companies and governmental authorities.
Ms. Brown has worked in academia, guiding students and alumni with career planning at the University of San Francisco School Of Law in California. Additionally, during the academic year of 2020-2021, she worked with the students and alumni of the University of Oklahoma College Of Law in Norman, Oklahoma. In 2020, Ms. Brown was appointed to and remains a member of the Board of the Langston University Foundation, which provides scholarships and research grants for students and faculty, at the only Historically Black College in Oklahoma.
Ms. Brown also served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Theodore A. McKee at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
