Steven A. Riley is an Of Counsel in Rawle & Henderson’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office, defending clients in civil litigation throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts, and has arbitrated cases in contractual, state and federal forums.

Mr. Riley has spent several decades litigating complex motor vehicle, general liability, premises liability, products liability and construction accident cases, many involving catastrophic injuries. His clients include individuals, corporations large and small, as well as the companies that insure them.

For a number of years, Mr. Riley was the corporate counsel for an international technology company that provided IT production, recovery, and business continuity solutions to its customers.  He was the lead attorney for the firm’s sales organization, for 39-state region. He also served as the primary counsel for the company’s Latin American subsidiary.

Following law school, Mr. Riley was a law clerk for the Honorable Ned L. Hirsh, of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
