Robert H. Hayes, III, is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Rawle & Henderson LLP. He concentrates his practice on the defense of premises liability, construction defect and automobile claims.
Robert earned his J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2018. While attending law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jeffrey P. Minehart in the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia. He received a Conwell Scholarship and a James Peter and Stella Liacouras Memorial Scholarship. He was a Temple Environmental Law Society 1L Section Representative in Intellectual Property and a student member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Robert earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Temple University College of Engineering in 2013. He was a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Engineers Without Borders Clubs. He received a Hardwick Scholarship. After graduating from the Temple College of Engineering, Robert worked with W.A. Chester, LLC, in Pennsauken, New Jersey, as a project engineer. He then worked for the Chester Water Authority in Chester, Pennsylvania, as a distribution engineer before going to Temple Law.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Rawle & Henderson LLP, Robert was an attorney with an intellectual property law firm in New Jersey.
