Robert E. Gordon is an Associate at Rawle & Henderson, LLP. Mr. Gordon practiced law at prominent law firms in suburban Philadelphia where he practiced in many areas of civil litigation. He litigates on behalf of individuals and major corporations and appears in courts throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland. Mr. Gordon’s current practice areas include general liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, employment law, product liability, liquor liability, environmental law, and construction defect litigation. As a registered patent attorney, Mr. Gordon also has a strong interest in intellectual property law, and is an active member of the intellectual property law sections of many local bar associations.
Mr. Gordon is from Montgomery County, and currently resides in lower Bucks County with his wife, son, dog, and two beloved cats. He maintains a modest vegetable garden in the spring and summer months, and spends an inordinate amount of time and effort cheering on (and complaining about) the Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, 76ers, and Penn State. Mr. Gordon has shared with his family season tickets for the Eagles for nearly twenty years.

Mr. Gordon is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association where he serves in the Young Lawyers’ Division on the Advisory Council and is an active member of their Intellectual Property Law Section. Mr. Gordon is also a member of the Montgomery County Bar Associations where he belongs to the Intellectual Property Law Section. Mr. Gordon is the Trademark Chair for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section and is the section Treasurer.
