Mauri Lynn Levy is Of Counsel with the firm and a member of the Workers’ Compensation practice group. Ms. Levy has over 30 years of Workers Compensation litigation experience.

Ms. Levy has extensive knowledge of the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act and has litigated all aspects of Workers’ Compensation cases throughout her career, representing both employers and, prior to joining Rawle, injured workers. Her broad dual-sided experience gives her a unique perspective and credibility in both litigating workers’ compensation matters and negotiating favorable settlements on behalf of her clients.

Ms. Levy’s core competencies include preparing for and conducting depositions, presenting evidence and testimony, reviewing complex documents and medical records, and drafting pleadings, motions, objections, discovery requests and responses, and briefs.

In addition to her Workers’ Compensation practice, Ms. Levy has substantial litigation support and discovery experience, having worked on complex mass tort MDL litigation, class action securities litigation, national pharmacy defense litigation, and complex e-discovery matters.
