Louis T. Gentilucci III is an Associate in the Philadelphia office of Rawle & Henderson, LLP, who handles matters in our Commercial Litigation, Commercial Transactions and Product Liability practice groups.
Before joining our firm, Mr. Gentilucci served as a law clerk in Philadelphia’s First Judicial District for Judges Abbe Fletman and John R. Padova. In that capacity, Mr. Gentilucci conducted legal research and drafted memos and motions in both criminal and civil cases. He has also worked as an enforcement unit clerk for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission enforcing federal employment laws.
Mr. Gentilucci earned his J.D. from Temple University School of Law. While studying at Temple, Mr. Gentilucci was awarded both the Beasley Merit Scholarship for academic excellence and the Integrated Transactional Program Award, which he received for his work as a teaching assistant who presented innovative challenges and real-life scenarios to students studying transactional law. Mr. Gentilucci also served as a staff editor for the Temple International Comparative Law Journal (TICLJ) and was an active member of the SPIN Public Interest Group, the Justinian Society and the Brehon Society.
