Kelsey Weber is an associate residing in the Blue Bell, PA office. She counsels insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in matters of labor and employment issues, premises liability and general liability.
While attending law school, Ms. Weber was a three-year recipient of a Merit Scholarship. She was the Vice President of the Women’s Law Society and a Marshall-Brennan Fellow, teaching Constitutional law to Philadelphia-area high school students.

Before joining Rawle & Henderson, Ms. Weber worked for several Philadelphia-area insurance defense firms, representing clients in workers’ compensation, civil rights, and employment matters. She handled numerous matters from pre-litigation phases through summary judgment, motion practice, and oral argument.
Ms. Weber is a member of the Chester County Bar Association.
