Karen L. Tucci concentrates her practice on the defense of medical professional liability cases including those involving hospitals, long-term care facilities, personal care homes and skilled nursing facilities. Ms. Tucci has served as defense counsel for large insurance carriers with automotive, trucking, premise, and personal liability policies. She has also defended homebuilders and subcontractors in construction defect lawsuits. Ms. Tucci is an experienced litigator with a strong background in litigating cases in Philadelphia, Central, and Southeastern Pennsylvania. She has argued before The Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.
Ms. Tucci previously served on the Board of Directors of The Montgomery Bar Association and was Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. Ms. Tucci currently serves as an arbitrator.
Ms. Tucci has been recognized in a survey by her peers as a “Rising Star” in the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers publication.
Ms. Tucci is a passionate supporter of and fundraiser for several prominent charities and organizations including The Montgomery Child Advocacy Project (MCAP), The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Unite For Her, and Living Beyond Breast Cancer.
