Joseph F. Longo is a Partner in our Philadelphia office, who is a focused and accomplished litigator with a long history of success representing individuals, corporate clients, employers, businesses, insurance companies and third party administrators in matters ranging in Casualty, Products Liability, Commercial Motor Vehicle, Premises Liability, Professional Liability and Workers Compensation matters. Mr. Longo prides himself on working closely with clients, outside counsel, and claims adjusters to coordinate strategy and provide claims value analysis for prospective and ongoing cases.
Mr. Longo is very familiar with the local court systems having litigated in State and Federal Courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and successfully handled jury trials in both Philadelphia and its surrounding jurisdictions. Mr. Longo also currently serves as an Arbitrator in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County.
