Jared Sullivan is Of Counsel to the firm in the New York City office, handling a wide variety of legal issues in state and federal courts. He is a member of the Commercial Motor Vehicle practice group, regularly defending motor carriers, their drivers and the companies that insure them. Mr. Sullivan also represents business and property owners in premises liability cases, as well as attorneys and law firms in matters relating to professional responsibilities and legal ethics.
Prior to joining Rawle & Henderson, Mr. Sullivan spent more than 15 years providing litigation and transactional legal services to corporate clients in a variety of industries. He was also an attorney at several New York City-area firms litigating cases involving medical and legal malpractice, as well as product and premises liability.
