James H. Curry, III is a Partner and serves his clients from the firm’s Blue Bell and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania offices.  Mr. Curry’s practice is dedicated to defending employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters.  He has successfully litigated before Pennsylvania’s workers’ compensation judges, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, and the Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania.

In addition to representing clients in the courtroom, Mr. Curry frequently assists his clients in developing safety protocols to prevent the occurrence of claims, and drafting documentation necessary to manage claims from their outset. He is a trusted advisor to his clients, counseling them on the elimination or reduction of exposure. When possible, he has mediated cases to conclusion.

Mr. Curry actively serves his community, having been elected for three consecutive terms as Mayor of Middletown, Pennsylvania (2014-2025), where he lives with his wife and two sons. Having retired from that position, he continues to serve his community as a member of the Middletown Borough Council.
