Harold Lee is Of Counsel to the firm in the New York City office. Mr. Lee’s practice involves handling commercial motor vehicles matters, where he defends motor carriers, their drivers and the companies that insure them. In addition, Mr. Lee represents business and property owners in premises liability cases, medical malpractice cases, and employment discrimination cases.

Prior to joining Rawle & Henderson, Mr. Lee was an attorney at several New York City-area firms litigating cases involving complex civil and commercial matters, including business torts, contract disputes, and commercial lease disputes. Mr. Lee has successfully settled multi-million-dollar wage dispute cases and copyright infringement cases. He has experience in consumer debt litigation, including the drafting of amicus briefs to the New York Court of Appeals.  Mr. Lee served his community through his work as a legal intern with the New York City Administration for Children’s Services in Staten Island, NY, where he assisted agency attorneys in child protective proceedings. He earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2020, where he was a three-year recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
