Dianne L. Elliott is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Rawle & Henderson LLP. She has over 16 years of litigation and trial experience and has handled cases in both the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania. Dianne has handled state court arbitrations in Philadelphia, Montgomery and Delaware Counties and solely handled three jury trials in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. She has argued before Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Dianne concentrates her practice in the areas of casualty & premises liability, construction, insurance coverage, product liability, medical professional liability, and commercial motor vehicle accidents.
Dianne earned her J.D. from the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, in 2002. She was a staff member of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. She was on the Dean’s Honors List for four semesters and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. She earned her B.A. in English Literature from the University of Delaware.
Dianne is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Rawle & Henderson LLP, she was an associate with a personal injury law firm in Philadelphia.
