Daniel J. Rucket is a graduate, with Honors, of Franklin & Marshall College. He earned his law degree from William & Mary. Mr. Rucket concentrates his practice in general casualty defense litigation, including construction site accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, construction defects, products liability, stucco home water infiltration claims, motor vehicle accidents, subrogation defense, and general negligence. He has handled cases ranging from a slip and fall on a grape in the grocery store to a building explosion that killed six people. He has represented numerous contractors, subcontractors, and commercial clients such as Genuardi’s Family Markets, CRC Health Group, Toll Brothers, and the Reedman Corporation.
Mr. Rucket has successfully defended a wide variety of cases in Federal and State court, including the Courts of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, Chester, Montgomery, Delaware and Bucks Counties in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rucket is a highly regarded litigator who brings experience and commitment to every case. He has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer from 2010 through 2019 and was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2005 through 2007.
