Daniel G. Spafford is Of Counsel to Rawle & Henderson and a member of the firm’s Worker’s Compensation practice group.

After gaining trial experience in both civil and criminal matters, Mr. Spafford focused his practice entirely on workers’ compensation cases. In addition to handling disputes between workers and their employers, Mr. Spafford also represented medical providers seeking payment of their fees in workers compensation proceedings.

Mr. Spafford regularly handles workers compensation matters from start to finish, which includes participating in initial consultations, guiding clients through the case process, interacting with expert witnesses, drafting expert reports and affidavits, preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and participating in site inspections. He has appeared on his client’s behalf in almost every workers’ compensation court in New Jersey.

In addition to his extensive experience practicing law in his home state of New Jersey, Mr. Spafford is also a member of the bars of New York and Pennsylvania.

An amateur vocalist, when not practicing law Mr. Spafford also enjoys using computer programs to write music.
