Colton Blair is an Associate in the Firm’s Pittsburgh office, who is a member of the Municipal Liability and Civil Rights Practice Group.
Mr. Blair represents local governments in Civil Rights and Municipal Liability matters. He also has litigated cases involving the Political Subdivision Tort Claims Act, Dram Shop laws and medical malpractice matters.
Mr. Blair has also handled Commonwealth Court appeal involving government immunity in the face of request for permanent injunctive relief, as well as other forms of equitable relief.
Mr. Blair regularly takes and defends depositions and drafts and argues dispositive, discovery, and pre-trial motions.
