BIO
Christian M. Stein is a partner in the firm’s Pittsburgh and Philadelphia offices. His practice encompasses all facets of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law, representing insured and self-insured employers, as well as insurance companies and third-party administrators. Mr. Stein has represented his clients at all appellate levels, arguing before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, the Commonwealth Courts, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
In addition, Mr. Stein routinely counsels clients on compliance with federal, state, and local laws involving matters of employment and general liability, as well as unemployment compensation. He is proactive with his clients, providing guidance about avoiding workplace injuries, occupational exposures and diseases. Mr. Stein has also advised his clients on workers’ compensation issues in the states of New York, Ohio and Florida.
