Allan D. Goulding, Jr is a Partner in our Philadelphia office. He concentrates his practice as a trial attorney handling high-value, multi-party, sophisticated, complex litigation cases, including products liability, construction liability, premises liability as well as automobile and contract claims.
Mr. Goulding has a long history of vigorously defending his clients in Pennsylvania and Federal District Courts. He is a seasoned litigator with over forty years of experience in jury trials and bench trials. Mr. Goulding represents major insurance carriers, international businesses, self-insured entities and local businesses. He also has extensive experience with insurance defenses, labor and employment disputes, trade secret claims, municipal matters, products liability suits and bad faith lawsuits.
Prior to joining Rawle, Mr. Goulding was a Partner at a suburban Philadelphia law firm where he served as the senior trial attorney and before that as a Complex Litigation Counsel for a major insurance carrier. Earlier in his distinguished career, Mr. Goulding was the Chairman of the Commercial Practice and Chairman of the Appellate Practice Group at a suburban Philadelphia law firm. Mr. Goulding began his legal career at Rawle & Henderson as a Senior Associate. Mr. Goulding serves as a Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board Hearing Committee member, which he has held since his appointment in 2017.
