Alexander Davis is an associate in the firm’s New York City office, who is a member of the Firm’s commercial motor vehicle and premises litigation practice groups. As a Senior Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn NY, Mr. Davis obtained extensive litigation experience handling high profile cases that were frequently covered by the New York media, including the New York Post. He managed an extensive rotating case load of one hundred felony cases, which required him to draft indictments, internal memorandum, search warrants, and subpoenas for DNA and digital evidence, as well as handling every facet of litigation including Grand Jury presentations, suppression hearings, witness preparation, cross examination and trial, which has given him a solid foundation for his civil litigation practice at Rawle & Henderson.
Mr. Davis served as a clerk for the Honorable Kelly O’Neill Levy, NY County Supreme Court, in the First Judicial District. He was also a judicial intern for Judge Mitchell Danziger in the New York State Supreme Court. During law school, Mr. Davis worked as a Clinic Student for the King’s County District Attorney’s office, where he appeared at arraignments in New York City Criminal Courts.
